by  ????   The record rates G+ (THE LABEL IS VERY NICE.  THE RECORD HAS A REPEATING GROOVE IN THE BEGINNING AND THERE IS A WORN GROOVE THAT JUMPS TOWARDS THE MIDDLE.  THIS RECORD COULD BENEFIT GREATLY FROM A GOOD CLEANING.  IT APPEARS TO BE A COMEDY PIECE OF SOME SORTS.  THERE IS NO MUSIC, JUST SPOKEN WORD.)
