Randy Hobbs " Waiting & Watching / Slowly But Surely (Time Goes By) " EMBER 1109  1964. This is a Promo copy of this record. The record has some surface scratches and scuffs and smudged like areas on the A side. Nothing that can be felt. It plays fairly well overall on the A side. Some background "crackling" in the quiet areas. His voice and instruments still come through reasonably well. An occasional "pop/tick". No skips or hesitations. A bit more noise on the B side (slower tempo) but his voice still comes through reasonably well. Nice harmonica. The labels have some wear and ring wear. An "X" is marked on the A side label. Light yellowing/smudges.   Buyer pays priority shipping to be determined by your ZIP. Or I will mail it by Media Mail if you wish. Foreign to be determined..
