Rare Early Grateful Dead 45 – Don’t Ease Me In/ Stealin on Scorpio Records The Grateful Dead’s debut single, “Don’t Ease Me In/Stealin”, on Scorpio Records. This record is in spectacular condition; VG+. There are no scratches, scuffs, or skips (I played each side only once on high-end audio equipment with a balanced tone arm). This 45 contains versions of “Don’t Ease Me In" (Side A) and “Stealin” (Side B) that never appeared on a Grateful Dead album. Released in June 1966, this was the Dead's first record. Both "Don't Ease Me In" and "Stealin'" are credited to Garcia. The label is red with black lettered text. The "Stealin'" side is catalogued as"003/201", “Time: 2:32” and the "Don't Ease Me In" side is"002/201", “Time: 2:00”. Inscribed in the vinyl around the label and before the grooves are the song titles for each side.
