We accept  PayPal for online payments. Please contact us if you need to discuss other payment options.  Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction close to avoid receiving a non-paying bidder strike. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.  All in-state residents within our state will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout.

Local pick up from our Knoxville Tn store location is also available ($5.00 pick up fee per item plus TN state sales tax).  To schedule a local pickup, give us a call at the store and we will adjust the shipping rate. accordingly.

iSold It strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! However, all items are sold as is/final sale unless otherwise indicated in the auction. While we describe items to the best of our ability, we do not claim to be experts in the majority of the items we list. Moreover, while we do our best to describe the cosmetic and working condition of all items, we are occasionally unable to test many product features, especially in the case of used electronics, and may not detect every defect. Items expressly sold 'as is' cannot be returned.  Returns are considered only on the rare occasion that an item is grossly not as described in the auction. Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item, box dimensions, and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use quality materials to pack items with care.  For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx Ground Home Delivery.  For items under 2 lbs. we may ship via USPS.  In all cases, we reserve the right to select the carrier used.  FedEx will not ship to P.O. Boxes so if you need your item shipped to a P.O. box, it must be shipped via USPS.  In cases in which USPS must be used an a FedEx rate is quoted, additional charges may apply.  We require insurance on all items with a winning bid over $100.  A direct signature upon delivery may be required for items with a winning bid over $250. In the vast majority of cases, merchandise will ship within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Local Pick-up: Local pick up from our Knoxville Tn store location is also available ($5.00 pick up fee per item plus TN state sales tax).  To schedule a local pickup, give us a call at the store and we will adjust the shipping rate. accordingly.

International buyers:  At this time, international bidders are accepted on a case by case basis

Combined Shipping:  In most cases, we are able to combine items for shipping and offer a discount equivalent to the handling fee for the additional item(s) or 50% of the shipping cost for the second item (depending on the item size). If you win more than one item and would like us to box them together, send us an e-mail or call the store and we will make the adjustment at our end so that you can go through the automated checkout system. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping.  Please keep in mind that to ensure the safety in shipping of the item, large and/or fragile items cannot be combined for shipping. .
