Rare original US pressing from 1969 on SCRAM Records, New Orleans.

Label: SCRAM records [102-61] **This is the FIRST press on the blue label, which was earlier than the later green label press.

Guaranteed original pressing; NO bootleg or reissue!

Condition: EX both sides; Labels great!  

Notes: Classic New Orleans syncopated Funk, with monster breaks aplenty, courtesy of drummer, James Black! Written and Arranged by the legendary Mr Bocage himself; produced and released by long time partner, Al Scramuzza. The crew with the most! They even crafted a national hit with this one... Rest in Peace forever Eddie, we are in your debt.

A solid addition to any serious Funk collection, doesn't show up very often!

SOUNDFILES: Any and all soundfiles attached to my listings are to be used purely as audio reference only, and bear no significance with the grading/condition of the actual item on offer. 
 

GRADING SCALE: 

NM :  Looks unplayed, or very well maintained, as close to perfect as it gets. Possibly some very light sleeve marks or an extremely minor flaw that will in no way affect play.

EX :  Very close to being perfect, shows some signs of play, handling marks, one or two very light marks expected, but a record that has been handled with care.

VG+  :   A shiny copy with a few noticeable flaws, might have a lot or a few light marks, or one big mark/scratch that doesn't affect play.  Always plays great, with one or two normal pops/clicks/etc. but minimal distraction.

VG :  Considerably marked/scratched up copy, but plays with no serious flaws. A few clicks, pops or light noise should be expected, but nothing seriously affecting play.  A very suitable copy for working DJ's.

VG- :  Rough copy that will play with some clicks, pops, and light noise. Something to fill the gap until a better one comes along.

G  : Very rough, loss of shine. I only list G records that are extremely rare, or play well for the condition.
