Beatles, Beach Boys and Kingston Trio Tri-Fold Brochure with Flexi-Disc Known as "A Surprise Gift from..." Flexi-disc
You get: 1. the Tri-Fold Brochure with still attached Cardboard/Flexi-disc record as pictured. Still attached is also the Unmarked return order form postcard.  Light handling wear.
2. The Pink Capitol Record fold open 4 page letter.
3. The original Capitol Record Club envelope that it was mailed in.  
All are pictured.  Record/Brochure is in great condition.  Letter shows lighter signs of handling, a crease towards bottom left corner.  Envelope shows wear and was torn open at top as pictured.
