Description
Here is RARE DEMONSTRATION COPY of the FIRST single by GENESIS entitled “THE SILENT SUN†/ “THAT’S MEâ€. Released on 2nd February 1968 with the catalogue number DECCA F 12735.
The RECORD IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION with a only a few surface marks on the A-side and a very very small label tear (A-side only just above the "A" of DECCA - see photo). The record PLAYS AND SOUNDS GREAT !!!! Normal stock copies of this single are very,very hard to find
and demo copies are even rarer. There were probably no more than 400 demo copies pressed so the chances of seeing another copy are highly unlikely. The single comes in its original Decca sleeve.
Early Genesis singles on Decca are extremely hard to find and this is no exception. So don’t miss out on this golden opportunity to obtain a GENESIS RARITY !!!!.
