Shipping

• After payment is received, except in the case of personal/business checks, we ship the following business day.
• We select the cheapest method of shipping, understanding these costs become part of the price of the item.
• We only charge the actual cost of shipping.
• If the actual shipping costs are different from our estimate by One Dollar or more, you will be refunded or billed the difference.
• Packaging and "handling" is the cost of doing business and we do not charge to our clients.

We usually ship books and supplies using Standard Mail (B) this is the cheapest way to send books and supplies around the corner or to the farthest points in the US. We usually ship small, light weight items such as: coins, bullion, jewelry using First Class Mail insured.

Insurance is your choice against loss or damage and I do recommend it, especially for high value items and breakables. If you do not insure, we require Delivery Confirmation (Tracking Number) a modest $0.50 postal cost. We require the Tracking Number for our client's protection. It keeps them informed of their delivery status. It generally takes 24 hours after the package was accepted by the post office to show up in the postal tracking system. It is an excellent substitute for insurance, since packages with Tracking Numbers seldom, if ever get lost.

We also offer shipping via USPS Priority, Express Mail and UPS at the bidder choice. Again we only charge actual shipping costs.

We won't be responsible for our postal or other delivery service and for this reason we ship FOB ORIGIN: Florissant, Missouri 63031.

Refunds

No one is perfect, and if the item you received was not as described we will happily send a refund of your purchase price. All items shipped that have serial numbers are recorded in our database, before they are shipped. coins, jewelry, baseball cards must be returned in their unopened sealed containers. Bullion is not returnable, because of price fluctuations.

If you are unhappy with the item purchased, email us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise, with reason for your unhappiness and return item within 30 days of auction closing for a full refund (less shipping charges.) "Returned item must be in the same condition as received." Shipping charges (usually less than $3.00) are the responsibility of the buyer. Coins, jewelry, Baseball cards and other collectibles must be returned unopened in their sealed container. No Returns or Refunds Accepted 30 days after auction closing. Bullion is not returnable.
