Description
VERY RARE! Original Japanese stereo pressing of the Beatles "SGT. PEPPER'S LONELY HEART CLUB BAND" LP on dark cherry-red vinyl! VERY SCARCE! Laminated gatefold cover with single sheet lyrics insert. On the black Odeon label (OP-8163). Mid-1970s release with original Japanese Capital Records pictorial catalog inner sleeve. Thick vinyl and masterful engineering by the analogue wizards at Toshiba of Tokyo, Japan. The cover is a STRONG VG+++. Very nice lamination! The vinyl is VG. It has a few surface marks that do not obscure the sound. The label has some spindle traces. But believe me: This is a VERY RARE and excellent item. Not a mint copy, mind you, but an excellent condition one. If it was MINT, I'd be asking a minimum of $250.00 for this one. Worth every penny of what I am asking now.
