Description
- This is a super rare professional lithographer's color check pre-print production of Lee Oskar's Debut Album.
- Dated copyright 1976 FAROUT PRODUCTIONS, INC..
- Image is the size of an album cover, front and back, 13" x 25".
- Full print size of paper measures approx. 23" x 29".
- Marked on edge TK Graphics in small little logo in margin as well as GAFT Color strip.
- Interior has the harmonica graphic done by Thomas Warkentin, in actual print, which would be on edge of album cover as well as the back cover with dragonfly star creating riders.
- Back side is white with discoloration from storage with many other posters that this lithographer had in his collections of jobs.
- There are color way marks on left side of print and print edge marks for printing process applications.
- This is a printers copy meant to be checked and used to finalize product before it is mass produced, so this is a copy that the artist probably didn't see until final product was done. A pre-production piece.
- I included a photo of the owners lithographers union booklet for proof of origin. He worked in the Los Angeles area.
- Print sold "as is", "as pictured" with any production marks and discolorations on white back side, from being stored.
Thanks for your interest in this RARE edition of a pre-printing of an album cover by Lee Oskar with some cool 70's graphics done by the late Thomas Warkentin who had just started his artistic career. Sent via USPS Ground Advantage in a tube and then in a USPS triangle cardboard so it doesn't roll around, while carefully rolled and protected. Bid with confidence as I do not accept returns. The shipping is high due to a surcharge USPS charges for anything over 30" = $18.00 + the regular shipping fee added. So I am absorbing the difference. You're welcome, part of trying to do business.
