Rare UK Original Beatles Item
Details: Parlophone 1963, PMC 1202, (XEX – 421 – 1N & XEX – 422 – 1N) Black & gold label with ‘Dick James Mus Co. publishing credit for "Ask me why", "Please, Please Me", "Do You Want to Know A Secret" & "There’s A Place".
It plays all the way through without a hint of mistracking or jumping despite some clicks & background noise on the some of the quiet intros.
Centre Label Side 1 - Small area dull where a small sticker was removed - otherwise the gold writing is bright & clean.
Centre Label Side 2 - All gold writing bright & clean.

Condition of Cover - Not Torn.
Front Cover - Condition Ex/Vg but bottom right (Photo : Angus McBean) has a small split and has this grey cardboard corner exposed. There is also one small scuff (I have seen a number of these covers and they a not always in as good condition)
The back cover suffers from scuffing, ink & pen which has touched a small amount of text. Larger areas of scuffing on the areas of the back cover with no text and a slight toning in the bottom right corner. The LP (back cover) border has a number of folds, one top left and the others are along the bottom (these have not been glued) Otherwise good.
Spine with Please Please Me - The Beatles text. Condition VG/EX but has two grey cardboard corners exposed.
