Description
RARE NJ GARAGE OBSCURE 45 1ST PRESS BY "D.SPADE& COMPANY" ON THE RARE "WGW" LABEL # 4170
RARE GARAGE TRACK.... I can safely say that D. Spade and his Company have somehow found the REEDIEST darn organ in the entire state on the driving, upbeat and amazingly CRUDE slab of garage pop they call "Love In The Sun." Even better is the downright STRANGE "Just You And I," which, on the surface, is pleasant male/female harmony pop riding on a super-fast Bo Diddley beat. But the whole thing is given this creepy otherworldly vibe thanks to the far-off echo-chamber-submerged backing vocals.
