I so happen to have a Hut Records 1st run, stamped import of MCATIS. I don't do a lot of record purchases, so I can't say for 100% what constitutes as mint, near mint, etc. I can tell you that the records themselves show very minimal wear. From what I could gather from the Internet, I would describe the records at very good+. They've been played less than a dozen times in 15 years, and as I was checking them out to sell here, I can attest that they still sound great (I had to listen just once more before I sell it and it was pristine)! They've always been stored in a temperature/moisture controlled environment. The cover is the only thing showing some wear and tear. The spine has some damage on the corners, and other minor imperfections. The lyric book on the inside is in mint condition. This is the second time I'm posting, and I'm motivated to sell.
