Up for auction is a very rare & obscure collectable soul/r&b 45 rpm record by The Af-Tabs titled Don't Go Away b/w Broom 69 on Fi5ve Starr Records released I think in 1969. Disc has original gloss and shine, some marks on both sides that does not effect play, sounds good with a lot of punch, A-side label is off center but not the vinyl, it overlaps in last part of trail off groove not effecting the song, no tape, stickers, ect... The disc must have been given to a d.j. to play because of the four x's on the A-side. Not much info on this rare disc, it must of had a very limited pressing run of, my guess, 500 or less. I've never seen another copy to compare it, so maybe all A-side labels are off center, B-side label is fine. A cool, very rare and obscure soul record to add to any collection. Record has been played to insure there are no warps, skips, sticks, cracks, ect.... Overall grading VG, maybe better. If you are the winner, please wait to pay untill I send you an invoice. Feel free to e-mail me with any questions regarding this item. Thanx for looking and good luck !
