condition:  VERY VERY clean about an EX+ to EX++, bordering on NM- but most collectors would believe EX+
only one or two VERY small hairlines (on scarecrow side) that do not affect play
this was play tested on both sides and sounds AMAZING
sleeve is an EX+ or better, one very small imperfection (nick) in middle of front cover (see closeup), corners show some shelf wear.  no splits, rips, tears, folds, water damage, smells
