MEGA RARE !!! GENIUNE ORIGINAL " FRACTION - MOONBLOOD " LP. Angelus Record label. WR - 5005 Stereo. 1971 USA . The band"s website states that only 200 were pressed in 1971 and that Mint copies sell for $3000 and over. A Fantastic LP worthy of its Legendary status with great vocals by Jim Beach and powerful guitar work allegedly recorded live in the studio. Very " DOORS " in style. Condition - The Outer record sleeve is in Excellent condition still with the original Film wrap in place ( although torn at the front ) which has protected the Red cellophane window. There has been some shrinkage of the film wrap due to age. As a result the opening edge has some slight discolouration / foxing and a 1/2" seam split to the right hand bottom corner. There are no other splits to any other seams ! The Inner sleeve has a Black and White print of the moon on the front and the Lyrics printed on the back with 2 slight creases / folds on the bottom back corners. Slight crumpling ( a good indication of its age / authenticity ) . The Vinyl is in VG + Excellent condition - The label is Matt Black with Silver lettering. Some centre spindle wear / marks ( which I hope can be seen in the photos ). Inscribed ( Not pressed ) Matrix No. WR - 5005 on the run - ins. Nice Heavyweight vinyl. Some slight surface marks on the 1st track on Side 2 .Some other slight surface marks but apart from a slight click on one track the LP plays perfectly and sounds great !
