The Original Zenith Brass Band - Marching Jazz .



1946 issue; recorded in New Orleans, February 26, 1946.



Records are in EXCELLENT E / E- condition, play beautifully. A pressing bubble on one side of one record is audible for a couple of revolutions. Labels are good. Binder is in Very Nice condition, shelf wear, liner notes by Rudi Blesh inside front cover. Binder spine intact and tight.

Great jazz played with a marching beat, big bass drum and tuba sound, Kid Howard and Peter Bocage trumpets soaring, Jim Robinson's trombone driving, and George Lewis' mournful and sweet clarinet floating above it all. Fantastic!
