COMPLETE SET OF 5 AUTOGRAPHED PICTURE DISC 8" RECORDS FROM THE FAMOUS RECORD CO. - RCA RECORDS

This rare and beautiful set was manufactured by RCA Victor for this short lived company. These records feature the stars of the day Luise Rainer, Ilka Chase, Franchot Tone, John Barrymore and Joe E Brown promoting current projects. The records are made of stiff paper with embossed sound sheet over the picture side with clear protective layer over the back. The are 78 r.p.m. and I believe they are from the late 30's. I was unable to find any other information on this item, except what was printed in the internet museum of odity records: www.wfmu.org/MACrec/fame.html The records are in excellent condition. I graded visually as I did not want to chance playing them. My husband collected records for over 30 years and had these for over 20 years.
