Description
this is a rare promotional latin soul 45 rpm record of the carlos brothers f ka the shadows it is on the zen label # 106 songs are meet my town and i realize the carlos brothers were originally signed to del fi records in 1958 as the shadows del fi had latin singer richie valens and recruited more latin singers with the teen brothers they were very popular but didnt have a hit with the first record as the shadows so in 1959 they changed the name to the carlos brothers with the songs cmon lets dance and tonite (which richie valens played guitar) its time to go and little cupid finally in 1960 they recorded richie valens hit la bamba with big local success but did not get reconized nationally so hey broke up they signed with zen records in 1963 with the listed record meet my town hey its L.A. the record is VG or better it has many scuffs and scratches you cant feel and some label wear it has some light back ground noise but it is very enjoyable and sounds good
