Description
From 1968, comes the second LP by the San Jose punk psych group The Chocolate Watch Band entitled The Inner Mystique on Tower 5106. This is the hardest LP by them to locate. Super cover art of a skull with all sorts of colors, birds, etc. Great rear cover with about 800 dedications this time! Interesting cover version of the song In The Past, which was done by We The People originally. Also, excellent cover versions of The Kinks' I'm Not Like Everybody Else, Bob Dylan's Baby Blue, and The Barogues' I Ain't No Miracle Worker. These covers are combined with spacey, trippy songs. I love their version of I'm Not Like Everybody Else. One of my all-time favorite groups--what else is there to say???? Cover in partial shrink, minor smudges on rear cover, small high spot wear on front cover, stress mark lower right of rear cover. Cover is VG++ and record is also VG++. ALL RECORDS GRADED VISUALLY WITH BRIGHT LIGHT AND 26 PLUS YEARS OF EXPRIENCE!
