16 INCH, BLACK LACQUER ACETATE, 33 1/3 RPM DISC PRODUCED BY TECHNICAL RECORDING SERVICE, CHICAGO, IL. THIS DISC RECORDED FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY AND NOT AVAILABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. VERY RARE!
There are a total of 8 songs on this disc featuring material by The Rhythm Makers Orchestra for Thesaurus Transcriptions circa 1935-1939. Please note the personnel is not identified on the labels, so I am using information that was written on the sleeve and am assuming it is accurate
Side one is identified as possibly being by Charlie Barnet: "Harmony In Harlem", "Echoes Of Harlem", "Blue Turning Gray Over You", "In-A-Jam"
Side two is identified as being by Chick Webb: "Crazy Rhythm", "Sugar Foot Stomp", "Grand Terrace Rhythm", "By Heck". Not sure exactly the personnel on this side, "Probably (Bunny) Berigan" is written on the sleeve and crossed out, then written "Are These Chick Webb?"
