Very rare reggae 7" promo single, Richard Ace "Sound Of The Reggae / Got To Build A Wall" Sugar Records promo # SU 104, recorded at Studio One.

The record is in VG+ condition, has several marks / scuffs etc on both sides but still plays well, both sides play through from start to finish with no skips or jumps. There is also some dust / dirt and finger-marks etc, mostly around the edges, no major damage to the rim of the record though.

As you can see in the last two pictures, the record is very slightly dished, with one side up the edge of the record is flat against the turntable platter, the other way up the edge is slightly raised. The dishing isn't the same all the way round, with the high side up you can see the gap varies a tiny bit as the record turns. I did not hear any bad distortion or warping when I played the record.

Sound quality seems fine as is, there is a little bit of crackling etc from the dust but this gets noticeably less as soon as the stylus moves away from the edge of the record, I'm sure it will sound great after being properly cleaned.

The original sleeve is missing, it will be sent in a replacement sleeve.
