Description
Artist: The CHAPARRALS
Titles: “Poor Gal” / “Sweet Lies”
Label: REBEL (South Pittsburg, Tennessee) ~ REBEL 108. Label is pink with black text.
Year: 1958
Condition: Strong VG+ with 100% of original gloss, plays great. There are a couple very minor scuffs that produce an isolated soft tic or two, but no serious marks or distractions. Fidelity is excellent considering that the 45 was pressed on a substandard grade of vinyl which results in a slight underlying surface noise, barely noticeable.
Labels are clean except for a small “X” mark in ballpoint pen on the A-side indicating that this copy was distributed as a promotional copy (see photo).
Guaranteed to be original and authentic pressing from 1958. I do not sell bootlegs or modern reissues.
