Description
VERY RARE! SUPERB condition!!! Original 1st Mono Analogue pressing of the Rolling Stones "ENGLAND'S NEWEST HIT MAKERS, THE ROLLING STONES," LP, 1964. VERY collectible! Released 1964 on the maroon London label (LL 3375) with dead wax matrix numbers ARL629ITI and ARL6292TI. Complete with highly sought photo insert of the band. The cover features the promotional box that advertises the "FREE full color photo..." Includes the Mick Jagger/Keith Richards composition "Tell Me" as well as definitive blues covers of Chuck Berry, Willie Dixon, and Rufus Thomas songs.
The glorious Mono sound is superior--suitably perfect for a band like the Rolling Stones whose rhythm section remains among the very finest in all of rock history. Pulverizing clarity! Pounding, heart-thumping bass, drums, and rhythm guitar work. Trust me, this original Mono Analogue pressing trumps any of the latter day Audiophile recordings produced by giants like Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs (MFSL).
BEAUTIFUL MINT photo insert!!!
GORGEOUS MINT- vinyl!!! As solid as they come!!!
The cover is VERY STRONG VG+++/MINT- front (worthy of framing!); VG back with typical evidence of some wear on the black areas.
Very slight, teeny-tiny frays at the two bottom cornerpoints. Spine is SOLID!!!
VERY sharp original copy!!!!
