This 45rpm record is by an obscure Indiana garage band named the Saharas. They sing "The Spirit Of "66" backed by "Because Of Him". It was released as a special promotional record for the Indiana Republican party for the 1966 elections. This interesting item has four talented teenagers playing a nice raw garage sound and is something you would not expect from a conservative group. Vinyl grades at a nice looking and sounding vg+++ with a clean label with a small sticker on one side. It comes with an even rarer picture sleeve with a picture of the group and the four go go girls. It is graded at vg+ with light wear on the front and back. a little light fraying on the top border and a pen mark on one side. Money back guarantee if not completely satisfied.
