Description
A rare, collectible copy of The Amboy Dukes, Ted Nugent's 1st Album, signed by the band members and released on Mainstream Records in 1967.
I purchased this album at a yard sale in the late '70's. It was signed by all the band members except Ted Nugent. In 1989 a good friend was Ted's guitar tech when he performed in Grand Rapids with his new band Damn Yankees. I got to spend the afternoon with the crew and just before the concert began, my friend took the album to Ted, who signed it for me. Original band members Steve Farmer and John Drake are now deceased.
The vinyl condition is VG+. Shiny and clean with no skips, warps, crackle or pops. Plays through beautifully. The sleeve shows signs of age including a 6" split along the top, and a 2" split starting on bottom, along with some staining on the bottom of the back cover, along with other minor shelf wear.
