Description
Rare, deep soul 45, Stax S-154, artist Wendy Rene, released August 1964. A-side "After Laughter" features Booker T. Jones on organ. Label is in good condition with a single name very light in cursive in pencil on the A-side only; B-side label is in good condition with no writing. Comes in a plain white sleeve. Please see the pictures, read the description below and ask all questions before bidding.
A-Side: After Laughter; no deep scratches observed, most gloss is gone, plays well and very enjoyable to listen to. The first 1/3 of the song I would grade as VG-, the remaining 2/3 I would grade as VG.

B-Side: What Will Tomorrow Bring; one scratch that can be barely felt with fingernail, did not notice it on playback, plays very well and very enjoyable to listen to. I would grade as VG.

Record Grade Details
Here is a detailed explanation of our grading system as it applies to vinyl records:
- NM (Near Mint): Our highest grade. Like new, most likely unplayed.
- VG++: A record that has a few visual imperfections that will not affect the sound. Likely played only a handful of times or never at all.
- VG+: A few more surface marks than a VG++. The record has probably been played before but well taken care of and should play with very few audible imperfections.
- VG: The record will display light surface scuffs and marks. Expect some light surface noise in parts or a few clicks or pops here and there. A VG record will play with very minimal noise and will still be quite enjoyable. We think our VG grade is conservative.
- VG-: The record may have some deeper audible scratches. There will be some clicks and pops more consistently than that of a VG record but will play without skipping.
- G: The record will have heavy wear, deep scratches and very apparent surface noise, clicks or pops.
- Poor: Records with this grade should be considered unplayable.
