Description
I have collected records since I was very young, however Iincreasingly I have realised that I have far too many, and soI have been slowly trying to rationalise my extensive collection over the years, I have sold many major rarities over the years, from major BEATLES and 60s rarities, through PUNK and PROG ROCK, CLASSICAL and BLUES. Basically I've had alot of very rare records and in dribs and drabs have sold them off. I've never had negative feedback, and had many repeat customers.
I will only post completely insured and tracked.
All singles come with the sleeves they're pictured with, I don't use repros,so if it's with what looks like an original sleeve, it is an original sleeve! Here we have a real rarity. Sometimes attributed to 1969 pressings, these central Polo Ring copies (copies with one large and one small ring around the central spindle hole) are actually much more in line with the 1972 copies that were released with boxed EMI logos at 6 o'clock on their labels. They further resemble the early 70s pressings as they have "tapered edges" whereby the rim of the disc closes to a point (in side profile) rather than the 60s EMI straight edge. If this is loosing you, then don't worry, this pressing possibly isn't for you ... yet! Perhaps you've not delved deep enough into the murky depths of Beatles Collecting for this record, but your time will come,your time will come! These initial 1970s copies have special labels with no central SIUK, these are rare and sought after by Beatles collectors. Let It Be with the DARK APPLE label is a hard title to find amongst the already hard label variation to find! Here's your chance to get one!
Record Condition: EX+ really beautiful mirror-like sufaces, betrating only a handful of the most featherlight withdrawal style paperlines. Perfect audio!
Labels Condition: EX+ even under harsh scrutiny of a strong direct light,I can make out only 1 tiny spindle trail near the central spindle hole on the B-side, only visible when angled just right into a strong,direct light in an otherwise darkened room!
