Description

This rare 45 single by The Hogs, aka The Chocolate Watchband, was released on the Hannah Barbera Records label in 1966. This unusual gem has the song "Blues Theme" from the soundtrack of the biker exploitation movie "The Wild Angels" on one side and "Loose Lip Sync Ship" on the other side. Both recorded under the pseudonym THe Hogs which were in reality a version of the notable garage rock band The Chocolate Watchband. The movie starred several young up and coming hollywood stars of that time inc;luding Peter Fonda, Bruce Dern and Diane Ladd. There was a longstanding rumor Frank Zappa was involved in the production, but no eveidence has proven the myth. The 45 rpm record is in very good plus condition. This unique piece of US rock music history is a collectible gem for vinyl enthusiasts and fans of the era's iconic rock music.
