Description
You are looking at something truly rare- a monstrously out of print copy of Tortoise’s Millions Now Living Will Never Die on glorious LP! This album is practically impossible to come across on vinyl. The fact that it’s in such beautiful condition makes this also something very valuable. This is the original pressing of the album, and while yes, it has been opened, I believe I am still in possession of its original wrap which has only helped to preserve the record over the years! Released by Thrill jockey in 1996, the label # is thrill 025.
The Vinyl has been graded a strong VG+. Aside from some sleeve-burn that in no way affects playback, it is in great shape. There are no heavy scratches, scuffs or dings, nothing to affect how the record looks or how it sounds. It appears to have been really well taken care of. It also plays through perfectly, with almost no noise, pops or crackling. The label is free of markings, scratches, scrapes or dings.
The Jacket has been graded a VERY strong VG+. While it does appear to have a few signs that its been handled, a very small spot on the front and a little bit of creasing on the spine, there are no scratches, no seam splits, ring wear, dings, scratches, fading, nothing that might spoil the value of the record. Also, were it not for a 1cm seam split, I would have declared the inner sleeve downright perfect.
This album has been really well taken care of. Remember, a common synonym used by collectors and dealers for "Very Good Plus" is "Excellent!"
