Berlin was Reed’s third solo album, in drastic contrast to its predecessor, the glam rock Transformer. The album is a tragic rock opera about a doomed couple that addresses themes of drug use and depression.  This copy belongs in any serious collection - hard to find, ESPECIALLY in this condition -SEALED!  This is NOT a reissue - THIS IS THE ORIGINAL!!! 

Featuring heavy orchestral arrangements and horn sections, Berlin features re-drafts of earlier compositions first penned by Reed’s Velvet Underground. Includes:
