RARE VINTAGE- THEE MIDNITERS - CHICANO POWER - LA RAZA-45 RPM- NEVER PLAYED! 1968? It looks like the label was glued over another.

By 1968, Eddie Torres decided that the band needed to respond to the Chicano movement or lose the core of its audience. The band recorded "Chicano Power" and Torres created a new label La Raza Records. At this point the band was playing regularly at college campuses and antiwar rallies and no longer at regional high school dances.
