Item: I do my best to accurately describe all items, including any noticed flaws/blemishes. Payment: PayPal or cash at local pick up are the only payment methods accepted. Payment must be made within 48 hours of auction end or it is assumed buyer is forfeiting item(s). After 48 hours, seller reserves the right to relist and/or open a case/file a complaint with eBay, unless previous arrangements have been made with the seller. 

International buyers: Seller reserves the right to accept or decline international PayPal and credit cards. 

Shipping: Buyer agrees to pay any shipping fees listed in the eBay listing. International buyers may incur additional fees due to local customs/shipping charges. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Seller has the right to ship via USPS or similar shipping company (FedEx/UPS). All items will be shipped within two business days of receiving cleared payment. Shipping on multiple purchases can be combined, please contact seller prior to payment for an invoice. Shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and other US Territories may incur an additional shipping fee and longer shipment times. Any items with free shipping only applies to the contiguous U.S., please contact seller prior to bidding for quote. In event of a return, buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (Domestic or International). A phone number is required for many shipments, so please provide this with any correspondence. Seller can accomodate local pickup - please contact buyer to arrange. Unfortunately items may get damaged during transit by shipping or freight carriers seller does insure all packages and proof of insurance can be provided if buyer needs to file a claim. In the event of a claim, please keep all packaging items as photos are often needed. 

Freight:  All freight shipments will be noted in the description as "Freight Shipment." Freight shipping may require arranging pick up from a local freight terminal. If your confirmed shipping address is not to a commercial address with a loading dock, your item will be shipped to your local freight terminal where it will be held for you to pick up or cancelled an allowed for you to change and repurchase. Timely pick up may result in fees from the Freight company - Seller is not responsible for these fees.) Residential delivery might be available for An additional fee, though not all carriers can accommodate this. You must change your address to your nearest  terminal prior to purchase otherwise the sale will be cancelled and you may repurchase after the address is changed.

Returns: Returns maybe allowed if the seller is notified of a problem within 48 hours of receiving the item. Returns, when accepted, must be approved by seller prior to returning shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and seller reserves the right to deduct original shipping charge from amount refunded. Item must be returned in the same condition as it was sold (i.e. "New", "Unopened", etc.) with all components included. Tracking and insurance must be provided to seller. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Payment will be refunded after item is received and verified to be in the same condition as when sent.
