WHEN MY BABY SMILES AT ME (formerly BURLESQUE) 12" TEST PRESSING SINGLE
12" VINYL 20TH CENTURY FOX TEST PRESSING: The Daughter of Rosie O'Grady (Performed by Betty Grable & Dan Dailey) PB 9
Single-sided.  The film title is listed as Burlesque, which is the play the film was based on, before being changed and released as When My Baby Smiles At Me

Test pressing is believed to be have made in or around 1948 when the film was released, which means it is at least 75 years old with significant historical value.  
Traditional record grading would put it as a VG+/VG-.  While it likely has not been played much, the record has a lot of surface marks and light scratches. The record should still be completely playable but with a high amount of surface noise.  These test pressings were not commercially released and were used internally at 20th Century Fox for production and approval purposes, so the level of fidelity wasn't very high in terms of preservation.
