Description

Here is a historic roots of rock lp from my collection offered up for sale:  "Here's Little Richard", his 1st album released in 1957 by Specialty Records SP 100 (mono). This original has the 1950's style black and white "Long playing micro-groove" labels and baggie inner sleeve, hard to find first pressing! Music features Little Richard's energetic style and expressive voice performing his GREAT songs "Tutti Frutti", "Long Tall sally", "Rip It Up", "She's Got It" and more! A great historic album and this pressing has a $300-$500 book value, a must for any serious record collection!
deadwax reads: SP-LP-100 SIDE 1 and SP-LP-100 SIDE 2

The vinyl rates VG, is clean and glossy, has many light marks and a few more moderate fee-able marks, has been PLAY TESTED! Plays very good from start to finish, bright clear sound with some background surface noise, a few more moderate errant pops also but no skips or jumps! The detail in his voice is still very good despite popping, the great music comes through, a VERY enjoyable listen!

The  cover rates VG+, is clean and bright and still has gloss, edges have minimal wear but top opening seam had partial split neatly re-glued, no tape, has a couple corner bumps, back has some age discoloration, no signatures or writing, baggie inner sleeve is clean with one small split at top opening, has been a well cared for 61 year old! (see all 12 pictures)
