DETAILED CONDITION:

SLEEVE: Superb...barely a sign of use..laminate nice and tight...rear lovely and clean: EX+

VINYL - SIDE ONE: a couple of ultrafine 'paper' hairlines...only visible under 100w light, otherwise looks unplayed: EX+ 

VINYL - SIDE TWO: as side one...just a couple of ultrafine 'paper' hairlines...only visible under 100w light, otherwise looks unplayed: EX+

LABELS:  Superb...no spindle marking: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
