DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING: We always attempt to dispatch items no later than three working days after payment is received. We ship all our products from Spain. Please remember that Spanish Correos only collect on normal working days so if you place an order at the weekend or near a holiday period please allow a few extra days for dispatch and delivery. If you live outside of Spain, please allow 21 days for your item to arrive before requesting a replacement. Our experience once we have passed packages onto the Spanish mail company for delivery, Standard mail can take up to 10 working days to arrive. Standard mail doesn’t have tracking number.
