This is a 1971 FANIA RECORDS U.S. MONO LP titled 'The Message', with eight tracks from Afro-Cuban jazz / salsa pioneer Ray Barretto. It is Fania Records U.S. catalog number LP-00403, with the original shrinkwrap torn but still surrounding the cover. Record comes packaged inside the cover in its original plain white paper inner sleeve

Condition of record is a real nice VG++/EX with just a couple of light surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play. Labels have no flaws. Condition of cover is a nice EX, with the original factory shrinkwrap torn but still surrounding the cover, and with a little bit of wear along the open edge and on the corners on the open edge. Plain white paper inner sleeve is in good shape with a few creases and wrinkles, no splits or tears.
