'ROCKIN' LITTLE ANGEL by RAY SMITH, LONDON DEMONSTRATION SAMPLE DOUBLE SIDED 45RPM SINGLE
You are viewing my extremely rare seven inch two-sided demo single from 1960 by (many consider underrated) Rockabilly artist RAY SMITH with the hit single entitled 'ROCKIN'LITTLE ANGEL'. 

Side B contains the track 'TOO MUCH TEQUILA' by THE CHAMPS.  'Too much Tequila' was the follow up record to the Champs number one hit entitled, 'Tequila'.

This is an extremely 'mega' rare DEMO record that is on the orange LONDON label, (Side One) reference number MSC 4181 (matrix number 45-MSC-4181-1C), (Side Two) reference number MSN 4079 (matrix number 45-MSN-4079-1C)

Rockin' Little Angel was to be the only hit for Ray Smith who was influenced greatly by Elvis Presley.  Smith committed suicide in 1979 aged just 45.

There are absolutely no surface marks on both sides of this record, it plays beautifully with no hiss, background noise, sticks or jumps.  As you can see in the photograph, there are no scratches and the record remains bright and glossy. A previous owner has written '9051A' (side one) and '9052A' (side two) on the centre label (which is the number of the actual LONDON releases).  I have no hesitation in grading this record as EX+ on both sides.
