R&B 1948 - ALADDIN 3014 45rpm - Amos Milburn - CHICKEN SHACK BOOGIE - rare key record


Here is the rarest Aladdin 1948 original U.S. vinyl 45 rpm record of “CHICKEN SHACK BOOGIE”/”IT TOOK A LONG, LONG TIME” by Amos Milburn, "singing and accompanying himself on piano." It is an ORIGINAL ALADDIN 45 rpm #3014 on black vinyl with blue label. Note, CHICKEN SHACK is actually the B side, but is generally credited as the "single" side. This 45 has been used but is in good condition with the usual surface scratches and label ring wear. Nice condition for a rare record that’s nearly 66 years old; you’ll be very pleased with this showpiece! Nearly impossible to find, and rarely offered.


I’ve been selling since January 1998 on Ebay with the same seller ID. I have an extensive unsorted library of “underground rock” 45’s and LP’s from the 1967-1972 era, and recently discovered an estate lot of late 40’s/early 50’s blues 45’s which I’m selling now.
