[one of the very first recordings the Boston Symphony made in stereo: only Munch's recordings of the Symphonie Fantastique (November 1954) and of Daphnis & Chloe (January 23/24, 1955) preceded it]

The first reference I have found to this 2-track tape comes in the Harrison Tape Catalog for January/March 1956.

The tape is in excellent condition; its box shows only minor shelf wear, with some neat Scotch tape repair of seams.
