10" Shellac, 1942 (late 1941?)
Side one: Barry Wood - "RCA's Gonna Beat the Promise"
Side two: Carson Robison - "We're Gonna Have to Slap the Dirty Little Jap" 

I suppose that this is not a private recording in the strict sense, but was intended for RCA's internal use.
The RCA side is a call to action song directed towards RCA employees to step up production because Uncle Sam is is in dire need.  It is a song parody to the tune of "Casey Jones" and sung by popular singer, Barry Wood, with piano accompaniment.
The Carson Robison side is the commercial recording issued on Bluebird 11414.
Disc is in a superb E+ to N- condition and plays great.
