Description
An excellent 2 record set of early shaded dog stereo pressings (1S/2S/1S/1S) of The Festival Quartet performing Piano Quartets. Brahms' Quartet in C Minor, Op. 60, Beethoven's Piano Quartet in E-Flat, Op. 16 and Schumann's Piano Quartet in E-Flat, Op. 47. Szymon Goldberg, William Primorse, Nikolai Graudan and Victor Babin. RCA Living Stereo LSC 6068.
The gatefold jacket is in good condition. It has started to split the top seams at the opening of both sides of the gatefold and shows some minor rub wear on the seams. The records are excellent or better. There is a non-sounding scuff on side 3. I have played both records on my SME turntable. All four sides play fine on my table without any skips, tics or spots of serious surface noise. A very nice set.
I try to grade records accurately. Most records are play graded. All records are inspected visually under a very bright light.
Quoted shipping in the domestic U.S. is by Media Mail. Quoted international shipping is by USPS first class international mail. Heavier packages must be shipped by USPS International Priority mail. I prefer to combine shipping to save costs. All shipping will be quoted at the end of the listing(s). Records are shipped in heavy cardboard mailers designed specifically for LP's with bubble wrap or cardboard inserts for protection.
If you feel that my description of the record is inaccurate in some respect, you can return the record for a refund of the full purchase price (less shipping).
If you want a record held for future shipping, please email me so I know that is your intention. I prefer that you pay for the record at the time of purchase since ebay charges me at the time the sale closes.
If you have any questions about the record, please ask them before the auction closes. I will assume that all bidders know what they are bidding on and I will not accept returns becuase the buyer bid by mistake etc.
