All sizes are approximate and represented by the seller as accurately as possible. The seller is not responsible for variations in size due to manufacturer's differences, because of used condition, or bidder interpretation. Incorrect size is not a valid reason for returns, as this is an auction and it is impossible for you to try an item on for size, that is the trade off to get an item at such a cheap price. Please do your home work to compare sizes in your area or email with questions.

And we also look the bike over and try to list the damage verbally. However, we are only human and cannot possibly mention all that is potentially wrong with these bikes or bike parts. So please look closely at the pictures and if you see something you have a question about please email us with specific questions. We always try to cover the big aspects of the damage but it is impossible to list everything such as rusted bolts & nuts. By bidding you also agree that you understand that you are responsible to make sure that the parts you buy will fit you bike make, model or year. We will not be responsible for parts that do not fit for whatever reason.
By placing an order/bid, the purchaser understands that all of our products are recovered from salvaged/wrecked motorcycles and are subject to official inspection by a licensed dealer or manufacturer prior to use or installation. The purchaser further agrees to hold NJChopShop & Uglyfredy, and it's employees and affiliates harmless from any claim, injury or fatality; harmless from any actions, legal and/or court fees brought against him/her in connection with any use/misuse of products. Furthermore, the purchaser states that he/she is at least 18 years of age and that the products purchased will only be used in a lawful manner. Listing mistakes by the seller are the only valid reason for refunds. Refunds then available minus all shipping, ebay charges and 15% restocking fee. Buyer must notify Seller within 5 days from receipt of item to return and email 1st for return authorization number. All items are generally in stock and shipped as fast as possible. In the case of items from our eBay store, it is possible they may not be in stock at the time your order is place and we reserve the right to delay shipping for a short period of time to fill your order.
