I have been a record trader for over 20 years and I would say that my grading of records (ie judging the condition of records such as mint vg good etc.) is accurate 99% of the time (nobody's perfect!) If you win an item and you disagree with my grading, please e-mail me so that we can discuss the matter.
I send all my records in solid card mailers which are further strengthened with cardboard stiffeners, so you can rely on your prized item arriving in the same condition that it left me. I know how disappointing it is to receive damaged items that have been badly packaged, so I ensure that everything posted by me is professionally packaged and secure.
