From 1983, out of Florida, come The Red Rippers with their LP entitled Over There...And Over Here on private press. Original nine track album of hot blues psych! The songs are: I Roll, Soldier Of Fortune, Firefight,Who Remembers, Viet Nam Blues, The Dark And Bloody Road, She's Been Down, Body Bag, Over The Edge.Based upon the lyrics and song titles and the cover art, and the style of music, I would have to say this was done by an ex-military man, perhaps a Viet Nam vet! Great blues psych and in my top ten psych unknowns! This is the first copy I've ever had to offer for sale. All the people I contacted about this record have never heard of it! Attempts to locate the band have been futile as well. It sounds like there are two people playing all the instruments and over-dubbing themselves.Nice slow blues psych songs, such as Soldier of Fortune and The dark And Bloody Road! Check out the songs Firefight and Body Bag. They're great psych songs! I can't say enough about this record, as I truly like it and have a copy in my own personal collection!

Cover warpage to bottom third of cover,front and back,slick tear on rear cover,high spot dirt. No other visible flaws.

Cover is VG+ and record has slight storage warp not affecting play,is VG++!!
