Condition:  THIS RECORD IS STILL FACTORY SEALED HOWEVER THE SHRINK WRAP HAS PEELED OPEN AT THE TOP AND THERE IS A SMALL TEAR ON THE BACK COVER (PLEASE SEE PHOTO'S). THE TEAR IS WHAT CAUSED THE SHRINK WRAP TO OPEN AT TOP. THIS RECORD HAS NEVER BEEN OPENED AND HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED
