This is the monster rare 12" by RED VIOLET RED "Candy Cane / 12 Miles Of Sky" (Game Hen Records, US 1985) Limited to 300 hand numbered copies.

The cover is in excellent condition. The front appears with the Gallea's signature and the number is 139/300. The backside has some light marks due to the glue used to create this special artwork (fully handmade)
