Description
Cook Records may be best known because, in 1952, they were first to produce commercial stereo records, which Emory Cook called "binaural". Binaural was an early attempt at stereo, where recordings were done with two microphones set apart about the space of the human ears. When played back over headphones, it gave the sense of listening from a front-row audience seat.

Mint (M): Absolutely perfect in every way, un-played or still sealed.Near Mint (NM): A nearly perfect record. The vinyl surfaces should show no obvious signs of wear. The jacket should have a clean appearance
VG++: Better than VG+ but not as good as a near mint record. Very clean appearance vinyl surfaces.
Very Good Plus (VG+): Lightly used / played. Vinyl surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that shouldn't affect the playback.
Very Good (VG): Many of the signs of wear found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG record. Surface noise will be evident during playback. Has noticeable groove wear, may have light scratches (that could be deep enough to feel with a fingertip) that will affect the sound.
Good (G): The record can be put onto a turntable and be played through without skipping, but it will have significant surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear.
