Up for auction is the following 12" vinyl lp record album:

Includes original insert sheet as well.
Relatively Clean Rivers was assembled by former Beat Of The Earth member Phil Pearlman in California during the early to mid-70s.
Pearlman and crew made one of the truly top private press recordings with a unique blend of rural rock with psych rock experimentation, creating an ever growing cult of fans some 40+ years after the fact!!
Recorded and released in 1975 on the Pacific Is label.
This is the insanely rare original pressing in nice condition!!

Condition:
Vinyl is in nice EX (Excellent) visual grade condition with some very faint surface marks from sleeve.
Plays strong and crisp, with minimal surface noise heard!!
Gatefold Album Cover is in good condition with only light standard shelfwear (a little corner rubbing/ hint of light ringwear).
The binding is solid!! No seam splits!! Nice, clean legible spine!!
Insert is here and in great condition as well.
